Advertised as temperature controlled and many times my unit froze resulting lost supplies. Mentioned it to the manager (not current manager but previous) and she basically said, not my problem and you shouldn't be storing products that will freeze in the unit.

Clean and inexpensive place for the couple of years that I was able to keep my items in storage.. safe area as well

Clean place, gated, easy access. The only 1 thing I didn't like was the guy they hired who was just clueless. I think he may be gone now. Not sure

We utilized our space for 40 days and the entrance gate was never secured. It was open, unlocked our entire stay. We were told they were waiting for a part. No sense of urgency to secure the gate.

RV parking is poor. 1. No designated lines for parking space. 2. Unlevel and muddy space. 3. High price adjustment for space to over $145.Other Storage companies have paved & marked spaces for about same price!

Staff is very helpful.
