I was told while booking that I will get reimbursed for lock fee and insurance fee once I show my personal lock and insurance declaration. However I went to office today I was told there is no such thing and everyone pays all this money and they won’t give me any refund

The reasons why I moved out are that a) you raised the rent on my unit by 30%, from $150 to $200, and b) there is a major rodent issue, with droppings all over my belongings and over the floor for the unit. I would warn anyone asking about storage units to look at the units carefully and ask questions before agreeing to terms.

The employee engaged with me cordially and effectively.

The manager was very helpful/ good customer service.
