Excellent to store, security, friendly and professional staff.

It was a great place to store my items no issues regarding the unit itself. Staff was always kind and helpful. Unfortunately I left because it was no longer affordable.

Employee great with customers

It’s understandable that prices rise but it became excessive raises of price and often. The weekday office hours are limited for those who work past 3pm and just doesn’t work for me and most! While the storage area is kept clean and the associates in the office offer great service. The constant price raises make it unattractive. I’m glad I got rid of my unit before it costs $200+. Also consider having at least ONE trash can in office or premises that if customers need to get rid of a receipt/ wrapper/ paper they can.

Not price gouging. Clean and well maintained facility. Good staff. Fair security and policies.

It can become quite pricey with frequent cost upgrades so unless someone has an end-date in mind, the costs can be untenable. Other than that, the facility is well maintained and the staff courteous and non-judgmental.
