Tatiana and Juanita Brook Avenue in the Bronx were very helpful and explained everything. I hae to move out yesterday of my locker and they accomodated me and I will be back next month to get another locker again. i have been renting there for around 7-10 years.

The customer service is always great and the storage place was always clean. I do miss the free coffee. I also didn’t like how expensive the bill was getting. It felt like it got increase two or three times in a short amount of time. It encouraged me to get rid of the storage.
