Random price increases

Three are good tings but it is a little bit expensive

I I rented a space here soon after Cube Smart came to this location. Everything went well until i was asked to buy insurance. I have had this unit for over ten years. recently by phone and by email i have been asked to buy insurance. I was told it is a part of our contact. If asked by family or friend about a storage site I would tell them about my experience. And the rent rate increases.

Not as convenient as advertised.

The staff is very polite, helpful and accommodating.

I have two different storage units at two different locations and never have I had an issue

The price kept fluctuating and became unbearable to manage.

Just a lot of confusion. I was very annoyed and disappointed.

The premise was well maintained, and the customer service personnel were excellent.
