Because I already move out on due date they still want to charge me whole month when unit is empty and clean. This is unacceptable practice why would I pay unit that I emptied already for another month. I already move my stuff before due date I just come back on due date to clean removing old garbage papers, empty bottle all trash. I basically, clean the unit the day of due date. I called the office Cromwell to notify that I already move out on due date. She insists I pay another month, which is crazy when I already clean and empty unit.

The location was good and the facilities were well maintained. However, the constant rise in storage prices were exorbitant and unreasonable. The last one was a 25% hike with less than 30 day notice.
