My unit was broken into with the help of one of your employees, he cut opened the lock for a random person who told him that he was the owner, when I come into the office,I was mistreated with a very nasty attitude by one of the managers of the store. When I called the District manager, he tried to make me sign in abandon form in order for me not to have a claim. Overall, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any storage facility. I will never recommend your company nor will I ever do business with you again I do expect someone from corporate office to call me so I could show you the videos of how your employees treat your clients. CubeSmart raised the monthly cost so frequently, and without cadence or reason, that I often wondered if they wanted me to remain a customer. Overall just an awful experience trying to budget while dealing with CubeSmart's business practice of randomly raising monthly costs.

Front Desk Staff ... Kady, Shayenne, and Aneka were amazing!They were respectful, helpful, pleasant, and resourceful throughout the entire process. From the very beginning to the end, they consistently provided excellent customer service through every phone call, text message, and in-person interaction.As military personnel, I pay close attention to professionalism, communication, and teamwork, and they exceeded my expectations in all areas. They took the time to answer my questions, provide guidance/tours, and ensure I felt confident every step of the way.Most importantly, they reassured me that my belongings were being stored in a safe and secure location, which gave me great peace of mind.Thank you, Kady, Shayenne, and Aneka, for your outstanding service and dedication. 200 east 135th street. RAT infessed. The insurance does not cover rat damage. The security camera just covers outside. I paid for air condition. Nope didnt have that. I was locked in with the gate down. Then couldnt not get off the property because the panel locks you out at a certain time. On move out day 2 dead rats was in my unit. With an excessive amount of rat feeces and urine i lost so much stuff here. I have pictures. Dont rent from there.All that and the rent goes up $75.00 to $100 every year.
