Because I'm so disappointed with the way you treated me a customer who has done business with you for over 25 years. I have my unite A2008 and A2032 before it was Cube Smart when it was Storage Deluxe. I would have love to do business with you, but price increases this time was too high. My two unit with from $1300 a month to $1600 a month. Cube Smart should be ashamed for treating long-term customers so poorly the people who stick with you. They should be the ones getting a discount.

My unit was broken into with the help of one of your employees, he cut opened the lock for a random person who told him that he was the owner, when I come into the office,I was mistreated with a very nasty attitude by one of the managers of the store. When I called the District manager, he tried to make me sign in abandon form in order for me not to have a claim. Overall, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any storage facility. I will never recommend your company nor will I ever do business with you again I do expect someone from corporate office to call me so I could show you the videos of how your employees treat your clients.
