Rate are high and always going up. Also short term promotions. Should give long term customers a set promotions so they are comfortable.

It was a bad experience for me had to get rid of my things because of rotors everywhere very bad experience

Went to the office today 6/13/26 and the ladies working at front were very friendly and helpful. The storage place is very clean. My experience with reserving on line was seamless.

Excellent customer service

The customer service at the facility I used were all great and I give them a 10. Unfortunately, the facility has a rodent issue. They were Rodent droppings in the unit I rented. There was also rodent preventative packs in my unit. Made me wonder how they got there!!! The ventilation in the storage facility is horrible.

My belongings were damaged twice due to rat infestation. CubeSmart and Insurance company did nothing to resolve the issue. Instead the monthly payments kept going up. I would never rent there again or recommend it to anyone.
