I ultimately decided to vacate my storage unit due to a combination of recurring rate increases, limited access hours that no longer met my business needs, and a significant service failure that resulted in substantial financial loss.The primary issue involved an overlock placed on my unit. Prior to traveling to the facility, I contacted the facility to confirm that my account was current and to request removal of the overlock, as I needed access to the unit that same day for a scheduled event. I was specifically assured that the lock had been removed.Upon arrival, however, the overlock was still in place. Because the office had already closed, I was unable to access my unit or retrieve the equipment and materials required for my event. As a direct result, I incurred several thousand dollars in unexpected expenses to rent replacement items from other vendors in order to fulfill my contractual obligations.Several days later, I returned to the facility to retrieve additional items and discovered that the overlock remained on my unit. Fortunately, I arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing and was able to speak with a representative. As we walked to the unit, she stopped at a different unit and stated, “See, it’s off. I remember speaking with you.” I then explained that she was looking at Unit 1350, while my unit was 1450. Upon realizing the mistake, she was extremely apologetic.While I appreciated her apology, the fact remained that I had already suffered significant financial losses due to the misinformation I was provided, and the lock had remained on my unit for days after I had been assured it had been removed. Combined with the frequent rate increases, facility conditions, and limited access hours, this incident ultimately led me to move out of the facility.

First of all the experience was amazing I met Tanya who was extremely knowledgeable since I’ve never rented storage she explained size and pricing and answered any questions I had . She was pleasant and patient since I’m older and not experienced with scanning code to attain a 2 man 2 hour free of charge moving truck.Tanya made my decision easy.the Storage at waters place was very clean access to locker made easy with lift provided and hand trucks. I would highly recommend this place .
