The onboarding was so comforting

The price was high, however the staff is excellent. Especially Carmen. In the five years I had my unit she was always kind and helpful.

Location hours do not accommodate customers who have a traditional 9-5 working schedule.The staff aren’t too helpful. (Never have any answers to questions. Always locking up 45 minutes early.

I don't like the raising of prices every couple of months.

This service is very much needed for many people. However, the longer we keep our belongings with you and paid for, the more you charge us and raise the fees as often as you like. NOT FAIR! There should be a loyalty program for those who pay on time every month. I've been with you guys from 2022-2026. From $200 to $700 is WILD!
