Aside from Nick, this place is awful scum. My unit flooded week 1. Took off in total 4 days of work to deal with it. Spent countless hours driving back and forth. Asked for a refund on a month rent at a minimum. Was denied by the DM. Then I move out on the day I was to be charged, and couldn’t even work with me for a prorated monthly cost. Total and utter scumbags. Wouldn’t recommend you to anyone

This location(Riverdale/Bronx) has the best staff . They are very helpful & knowledge about this business. They have manners and will go above & beyond in assisting customers!! Thank you for your assistance in every way possible.

You raised my rent over 40% three months after I rented the unit. I’ve been told by many people that you raise the rent every three months you’re running a scam you’re suckering people in with reasonable rates at the beginning and then you immediately raised them every three months. But I’m glad you raised my rent because it made and I found one much closer to my house cheaper than what I am paying now when you try to raise it over 40%.

The staff at this location (Riverdale/Bronx, NY) is very helpful and very understanding. They have gone above and beyond with assisting me. I would highly recommend this location.

The staff was awesome. They contacted me several times to help me and answer my questions. I believe that it was Jaunita that walked me through the process and made sure that my daughter would be able to access the unit. Ethan was another staff member that made sure the documents and paperwork were in order. Can't say enough good things about these people.
