Overall great experience with Cubesmart. The only downfall is the random price increments at what seems to be random times. Also discouraging to see how much cheaper it is for a new person to rent the same size unit for about half the price.

The rate went up drastically and I was told to offset cost of the storage company.. Disappointed

The lady who assisted me is very professional and efficient.

1. My stuff got ruined from a water pipe bursting2. After 6 months y the fee goes up3 they close at 5;45 . No access for people who work after hours .

Multiple increases to my bill in less than a year. My bill went up more than $50. Poor customer service. Hours of operation suck too
