Juanita was patient, explained closing process clearly. She was very kind and was really a cool person to talk to. She has such a positive attitude. Happy she attended me quickly. Kevin was there and helped me out when I opened my storage. All nice people and customer service was exceptional.

Overall great experience with Cubesmart. The only downfall is the random price increments at what seems to be random times. Also discouraging to see how much cheaper it is for a new person to rent the same size unit for about half the price.
