The price in was very hight

You should have a garbage bin where one can have the opportunity to get rid of things.You raised your prices 2x within 2 years. Which is the reason I decided not to use your company anymore.

There was a flood and the staff was so professional and helpful

Too expensive… the prices changes too often and drastically. Started paying $200 and now was paying almost double that. The hours of your facilities are extremely limited. People work 9-5 and yall close at 6pm and don’t let customers have access. Your customer service over the phone is horrible and it’s ridiculous that you do not give pro rated rates for customers who move out before the month is done—it’s giving SCAM!

There was a homeless person living in the second floor of the facility. Harmless and fairly clean — but not a good look.That led me to find a cheaper location, a bit less conveniently located.
