Great staff helpful willing to listen and help

The facility is clean and bright. I always felt a sense of safety when using it. The staff was very friendly, polite and attentive.

The admin people are never available they close early and I even went there around 3 pm to talk to them and there was a sign they would come back later In an hour. You bumped up the prices tremendously twice. You close way early on weekends when people have time available to move their stuff and by 5pm you’re throwing everyone out. You should be open until 10 pm like U-Haul and your staff should be available until 8pm like the rest of the businesses not 4pm. Your personnel seem lazy.

I switched from a small unit to a larger unit no issues took Me a short time. Took them a short time to process Me and I’m rolling baby. I’m rolling.!!!

Because I switched units, I did not leave because you guys are the best!!!
