Overall experience was okay. But the incremental increases in the monthly fee got way too high. I was paying double what new customers were paying for the same size unit. Not a good way to retain customers.

The demand pricing is unpredictable and causes extremely large price jumps. There is no benefit to being a long-term loyal customer and there is no incentive to stick around. Employees say that everyone’s a manager and there is no one holding anyone accountable.

The customer service staff is always very helpful and proessional. The storage area and unit is very clean. I would recommend the CubeSmart storage to anyone.

Staff didn’t know where the units being shown were and had us walking in circles. When we did get a unit, and tried to bring our items to be stored, only one door at the loading dock was operational, and being blocked by a moving company. The designated parking for loading and unloading was also being blocked by parked cars. The hours of operation are also an inconvenience. 5:45 pm closing time is hard for working people.
