You have a few great employees Geneva, Mike, Jenavive,; some of the others could go back in training. I live the seamless contact less online reservation and payment process for my busy schedule as everyone does not have time to do a walk through.

Cubesmart at Riverdale is a great place to have storage. The manager Ms. Juanita and her staff are very nice, helpful and efficient. Mr. Ian and Mike are great to work with! They made the rental process easy, understandable and successful. I look forward to continuing to be their customer.

Everybody working at the location I stored at was great--attentive, caring, helpful, trustworthy. And the location itself was usually clean on the inside. The issue that led me to consider another storage facility was the broken-down elevator. It stayed broken for MONTHS, putting my job at risk. (I store equipment for work and wouldn't be able to take it up the stairs.) The issue that forced me to move were the leaks. Two, total. The first one barely made it into my locker, the second one made it in and damaged one piece of artwork I had. And I never received anything from Cubesmart recognizing the problem, at least, apologizing, or offering some type of discount, at most. What I did get soon after the second leak was an email telling me my rate was going up. Yeah...No thanks. Good luck!
