The admin people are never available they close early and I even went there around 3 pm to talk to them and there was a sign they would come back later In an hour. You bumped up the prices tremendously twice. You close way early on weekends when people have time available to move their stuff and by 5pm you’re throwing everyone out. You should be open until 10 pm like U-Haul and your staff should be available until 8pm like the rest of the businesses not 4pm. Your personnel seem lazy.

I switched from a small unit to a larger unit no issues took Me a short time. Took them a short time to process Me and I’m rolling baby. I’m rolling.!!!

Overall experience was okay. But the incremental increases in the monthly fee got way too high. I was paying double what new customers were paying for the same size unit. Not a good way to retain customers.

The demand pricing is unpredictable and causes extremely large price jumps. There is no benefit to being a long-term loyal customer and there is no incentive to stick around. Employees say that everyone’s a manager and there is no one holding anyone accountable.

The customer service staff is always very helpful and proessional. The storage area and unit is very clean. I would recommend the CubeSmart storage to anyone.
