Bad Experience When I Went For The First Time To Open A Storage Room From The Person On Duty That Day.

Clean safe environment to storage my belongings.

I came on Saturday, after paying for my unit online. The person at the front desk said that they were closed, although I had 20 minutes before closing time. She refused to let me in, when I let her know that I had to turn my uhal back in, she gave me 5 mins to make one trip to my unit. Since I was not able to unload all of my items, I had to pay for an additional day for my U-Haul truck. When I came back on Sunday to finish my process, the whole storage office was closed. No one showed up for work that day because of staffing issues, I was told by the operator. I want a full refund because this is unacceptable. I will be in when the store opens to collect my things and get a refund.

This location runs on its own schedule and time!!!! The Spanish manager can be rude and always on break. In numerous occasions I’ve had to come back to pay my storage because during the morning hours seems staff is always on break!!!! The amount increase on the unit is ridiculous and not worth it!!!!!!

This facility is very clean and safe environment. The workers are friendly and helpful. Easy transactions. Recommended.
