I Truly Love CubeSmart and the knowledgeable staff and courteous service provided. I really didn't not leave CubeSmart just went to another location where I live as I have a family member who will be sharing/storing items with me at a slightly bigger unit. I will remain a loyal customer as long as CubeSmart is here!
