First of all the experience was amazing I met Tanya who was extremely knowledgeable since I’ve never rented storage she explained size and pricing and answered any questions I had . She was pleasant and patient since I’m older and not experienced with scanning code to attain a 2 man 2 hour free of charge moving truck.Tanya made my decision easy.the Storage at waters place was very clean access to locker made easy with lift provided and hand trucks. I would highly recommend this place .

My king-size mattress and box springs were ruined by water damage that caused mold.

Certain times climate was not controlled during the summer, A/C was set to low or not available. Damage occurred to some items that could not be reused due to unknown whereabouts for leakage.

Too expensive, way too many late fees. Other storages in different states does not do that. They give you only one late fee. I was HOMELESS OK. I AM VERY DEVASTATED.
