Certain times climate was not controlled during the summer, A/C was set to low or not available. Damage occurred to some items that could not be reused due to unknown whereabouts for leakage.

Too expensive, way too many late fees. Other storages in different states does not do that. They give you only one late fee. I was HOMELESS OK. I AM VERY DEVASTATED.

It was super easy to use the app to sign up and get to the storage facility. The free move-in truck was beneficial. The girl at the office was always helpful and polite!
