The staff at this location provide horribly service to an existing customer. Very rude and unprofessional. I felt very discouraged.

Too Expensive

No protection for customers… Staff doesn’t help when you have a issue and my belongings were stolen

Cube smart is very expensive and ya’ll had the nerve to go up $40 at one time bringing it $190 and saying that I will be going up again in a couple of months! Take that storage and shove it up your ass!!

Every other month it was a new price the rates kept going up. I did not want to wait to pay 70 dollar for such an uncomfortable small unit. I found a better price and larger. Also when I mistakenly missed a payment my locker got locked. I’ve been meaning to cancel for a while.
