Excellent customer service

The customer service at the facility I used were all great and I give them a 10. Unfortunately, the facility has a rodent issue. They were Rodent droppings in the unit I rented. There was also rodent preventative packs in my unit. Made me wonder how they got there!!! The ventilation in the storage facility is horrible.

My belongings were damaged twice due to rat infestation. CubeSmart and Insurance company did nothing to resolve the issue. Instead the monthly payments kept going up. I would never rent there again or recommend it to anyone.

Excellent service

I am disappointed with my experience at this location.Before May 1, I cancelled my storage unit in person and completed all of the required cancellation procedures. I was told by staff that my refund would be processed the following day.However, I never received the refund. Instead, I was charged again after the unit had already been cancelled. When I contacted the facility for help, I was given a manager’s phone number and told to follow up regarding the refund. Unfortunately, the phone calls were never answered, and my voicemail messages were never returned.I completed everything that was required on my end. The only remaining step was for the facility to process the refund, but that was never done. As a result, I lost approximately $66, and the issue still has not been resolved.The lack of follow-up, poor communication, and failure to process the refund have been very frustrating. I hope this matter can finally be reviewed and corrected.

Goog: the in-person staff was very good, friendly, and efficient; online was easy to navigate. Storage unit was large.Negative: The facility looked clean, but smelled bad and seemed to have a rodent problem.

From the time I book my storage the store was very helpful and professional.

I needed to put my stuff away in a safe place so I don't lose my stuff. They are very nice and helpful thanks for my unit upgrade.
