This location had so many restrictions with their hours of operation while “Emergency Renovations” took place—and yet still increased the price of the unit. When requested more information on possible leniency with the price and availability of the store hours, the office manager relayed (through another employee) that there cannot be any leniency at this time as the units can still be accessed “as long as an engineer can become available and walk you to the unit”. I had once waited 90 minutes for an engineer to become available and by then I only had a short timeframe to access my own unit. Nearly $80 up charge for limited and restricted access a month.

Good in the beginning but prices went up

It's ok but the price I started with increased immediately. Horrible activity to get someone and all their bringing into you unit and then raise the price knowing no one want to then move again because you immediately changed your price. Bait and hook. That's plain ol dirty. Shame on Cubesmart

I have use you guys twice. And you still give deals that bring you i, but in time you raise the price every time.

Easy to get my stored item. Staff always helpful.

The fee is supper high. Small entrance has to go merry go round with bulky items especially on the 2nd floor.

I’ve been there for 20 years and I really didn’t want to go but you did not give me any choice cause of the extreme rate that I had to almost $500.00 dollars that’s outrageous! Had no choice but to go! Thank you for everything!

I had always been happy with the facility I was using but after recent visits some of my items were ruined by water & moisture getting into my unit from a leak. I still recommended the facility to a friend despite this unusual occurrence and I opted to remove my stuff to another facility because of the excessive increased rates they were to begin charging me.
