The office schedule to assist is very limited. My was in a basement with stinky smell, the monthly rent was high and then it increased above 40% just 6 months after I rented it

service was terrible, and I did not appreciate the bait and switch, started with 70.00 a month for 1 month then went to $155.oo per month. then i had the room for 5 days in april and was charged the full month. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS HABITS

I am a senior n as such my cell phone skills are definitely lacking. Alex the young gentleman who assisted me was kind, patient n compassionate, respectful of maintaining my dignity! As I walked in, his greeting came right away, acknowledging me. I am thankful!
