The prices went up very high, very fast, in a very short period. In no time, my storage cost went from $125 to $181, making it impossible to sustain. I realized that every time I spoke to a male worker there, asking him about the prices of the different sizes, and commented on spending that much on a particular size when I got two of the same size at a reasonable price, I received an increase the next month by a significant amount. He's a deal-breaker rather than a deal-maker for the company.

Everything was ok until I went to look for my unit. I feel they should sometimes mention the floor you can find your unit eg basement, 1st floor etc. It took me favor to locate my unit

Because I was told a rate price when I held the unit and when I returned to finalize the rental, I was told a monthly higher price on the unit
