I was in aware of how the cycle was for payment I decided to move and empty my unit on that day there was no one in office lights out there was no one to discuss my departure and it was not closing time it was 5:30 on a Monday I paid extra lost my money with no refund

The customer service representatives were two very knowledgeable ,charming and helpful ladiesI would recommend this place

Expensive for the service provided and location. The lack of dumpsters on site combined with the extremely limited access hours made storing my items here, and being able to retrieve them, a miserable experience. Great employees are the only perk

No one is barely there… Everyone is a manager but has no solution. I had rats in my storage because of a broken door that took 2 weeks of complaining..

the storage unit next to mine leaked water for several weeks before something was done about. The main entrance door to the side of the building never work.

Was having trouble with my access code. Storage door off hinges, and no carts to move items.

They up my price in the second month 80 dollars with no notifications

I like the new staff I like that he took the time out to explain and update my account . Anthony really is great and I appreciate that . He did not just say oh your account it missing insurance he did something about it as well as solve the issue on how it might of gotten outdated. Thank you Anthony
