Cubesmart is good but the increase in the unit prices is ridiculous. The fee goes up but what extra service are we getting.

The staff was always helpful. The Unit area was kept cleanI never had any issues with my items being safe there..

Great service

The E building have become filthy one of the entrance doors are constantly broken. Also rent increases have become to much my last increase was $100. That's insane.

The location and customer service was great. However, there were only two things I didn’t like. Firstly, my monthly fee went up while my perks stayed the same(if the price goes up, then the level of perks should reflect said price increase). And lastly, I wasn’t a fan of the accessibility hours. Clients should be able to access their storage lockers/rooms 7 days per week(holidays included) starting as early as 5am until at least 11pm the latest.

The 2 female customers care ppl cube smart had at the counter, ( BETWEEN MY RENTING TIME) WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, I WILL NEVER & I MEAN NEVER RECOMMEND CUBE SMART OR USE CUBE SMART ANOTHER DAY IN MY LIFE. I TRULY MEAN THIS, AND FOR THAT MY RATING IS A 0. COULDNT GET ANY FEED BACK FROM CORPORATE AFTER MAKING A COMPLAINT AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. F#%K CUBE SMART NO OTHER WAY TO EXPRESS MY DISAPPOINTMENT ‼️

The doors were always broken. Storage was dirty and not climate controlled.

From the time that I rented my unit until when I left everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Ethan, Shaka, and Richard who assisted me when I was closing the unit.
