Very high price raises continuously. High late fees, 2 of them at that, its highway robbery. You people know alot of people renting storages is already having financial problems so to do all of that to people is greedy and very inconsiderate even as a company.

The frequent price increases for no reason. Not only do they increase the price 2-3 times a year, it goes up a significant percentage every time. I was there for 2 years and ended paying twice as much as when I started.

You made it very easy to store with you. Zero issues in three years! Payments were made easily and the space was always kept clean. I highly recommend.

Good experience. Very supportive employees. Easy access.Only issue was how dusty the space got in the last two or three years (not an issue before).

Everyone was amazing, and the space was always clean. There was a mix-up with my unit, which was fine because it got fixed, but I did get charged an extra $11 for the mix-up. I only noticed after I moved out of the unit
