Ridiculously expensive and if your ever late they never not even as a courtesy give u a fee reversal ir anything plus i had my storage for four years with you guys and when i came to take ny things out finally everything was covered in rat poop and they even had rat poison packets in my storage and the rats ate through my things

Unit was infested with mouse droppings and when i spoke to your people i received no help. Your insurance carrier was no help. I lost over $3,000 worth of things including my new borns crib and car seat among other things that were priceless to us.

Simply because I had storage for 2 years, and you guys rather give discounts in the beginning to lock your customer in. Then upcharge as the years increase. Crazy business. I’ll never tell anyone storage is a great idea! It was horrible. And every year the increase increases.

I HAVE BEEN USING STORAGE FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS BUT YOUR DISTRICT MANAGER IS AN ASSHOLE BECAUSE I ASKED HIM TO CALL ME BACK 6 TIMES AND YOUR INCONSIDERATE LIABILITY MANAGER NEVER DID SO I MOVED OUT AND IM VERY HAPPY NOW WITH PUBLIC STORAGE BECAUSE THE MANAGER THERE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND ACCOMMODATING AND I FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER UNLIKE THE WAY YOUR HEARTLESS JERK OF A MANAGER DID. NOT ONLY THAT IM PAYING ONLY $88 DOLLARS BUT WITH YOU ALL I WAS PAYING ALMOST $500 ONLY TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH. SO HELL NO I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CUBE FART FOR NOTHING BECAUSE YOUR MANAGER IS THE WORST AND I TRULY HOPE HE IS TREATED THE SAME WAY IF HE NEEDS ASSISTANCE BECAUSE WE ARE ALL CUSTOMERS SOMEWHERE ALL THE TIME SMH.
