Because the company hangs the price from my storage , I was paying $700 per month but after been there for 4 months it went to $1000+. I was not very happy with the price jumping high…

Because you went up on the rent. The way life is turning out. It is hard to be paying high storage rent.

Because staff was nice and explained everything to me about renting and easy excess to units I mean hours not that great for working people at the location I rented other than that nice place

It was a very helpful experience dealing with cubesmart.

The main reason is due to pricing. The rates go up every 3-4 months, and for someone that stores their items for more than 3-4 months it doesn't seem cost effective. When I inquired about the rate increases I was informed that because there is no contract the company is allowed to increase the rates whenever they choose to do so.

The representative was kind respectful and patient

Sebastian was Exceptional! He gave me a thorough breakdown of every cost and how the facility works. I felt very confident and extremely comfortable with my decision with renting space at this location. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a clean and pleasant smell along with a super friendly smile and great professionalism. Sebastian is definitely a great asset to this company.
