I rented a unit for 1 year ,I've never had any problems . If I rent again I will surely go back to cube smart

Very Kind and stayed over the time for me to put my belongings in Storage!

Everything was great. I love how kind and helpful each staff member was to me and my family.

staff at this location are not courteous. Little to no consideration is given to good customer service. The man who closes the storage has no considerations for persons who come in late due to a challenge. He is not friendly to speak with /approach. He operates the place like his own facility.

Poor customer service

I wanted a smaller storage , that was for $105 per . But they wanted to charge me for a bigger one that cost $200 and some change

Unit was flooded and was offered no compensation. Did not receive any notification of no compensation. Store manager told me there was confusion with me being undecisive on filing a claim, but that was not true. I wanted to file a claim as soon as I saw the water damage.
