Professional staff, clean space.

The people were friendly and accommodating. I would use that storage space again

I was paying for a certain time frame when I signed my lease and the storage facility closed beforehand. It caused me to loose out on many clients because I was unable to get into my unit to get last minute items.

The space is a decent size. The staff at are extremely helpful and patient. The downside is the continuous rental space increase. The increases of the unit that originally was at an affordable price to almost double of what I originally got the unit for is disappointing.

Everything was good, but when I have to retire for my job, I asked him if the group changed my date of payment the daily want to or they couldn’t they say so I always got charged the fee every month so I really screwed me over cause I had to pay every month for years cause they couldn’t help me. That’s the reason I left.

It became very expensive to the point that it would be a hassle to let friends or family have to deal with it, no loyalty to the customer

I was renting from you since 2013. I asked many times to get a lower rent. You did not reward me for being a loyal customer instead you raised the rent repeatedly from $420 to almost $900.

The rates increased too quickly.
