I was renting from you since 2013. I asked many times to get a lower rent. You did not reward me for being a loyal customer instead you raised the rent repeatedly from $420 to almost $900.

Storage space is ample but the price incereases became much more frequent. No incentives on lowering prices . After a while it just becomes too much. Thank you my possessions were in a safe location if I ever rent from you guys again it will be some thing much smaller.

We seen the unit asap was helped extremely fast. The team member that helped us Jayden was super helpful and informative.
