Everything was good, but when I have to retire for my job, I asked him if the group changed my date of payment the daily want to or they couldn’t they say so I always got charged the fee every month so I really screwed me over cause I had to pay every month for years cause they couldn’t help me. That’s the reason I left.

It became very expensive to the point that it would be a hassle to let friends or family have to deal with it, no loyalty to the customer

I was renting from you since 2013. I asked many times to get a lower rent. You did not reward me for being a loyal customer instead you raised the rent repeatedly from $420 to almost $900.

The rates increased too quickly.

The customer service was above and beyond .

Prices are too high after you been a customer for a while.

Storage space is ample but the price incereases became much more frequent. No incentives on lowering prices . After a while it just becomes too much. Thank you my possessions were in a safe location if I ever rent from you guys again it will be some thing much smaller.
