Always reliable and great customer service

I have been well treated for the staff and my belongings have been safe in the facility. I never received any complaints and also when I called they were very polite and helpful.

I moved into my storage unit and moved to NC. I thought that my items would be safe. However, 2 years ago, I was notified that someone compromised my unit from the top. As a 911 responder, I have been in and out of the hospital and could not come. Upon my arrival, I saw the entire top of my unit pried open. I was told that there are no cameras in these areas. I unpacked the unit and left it clean. I asked the employees where I could throw away the things that I could not take. I was told to take it to a residential place and leave it. If I left it there, I would be charged a high fee and that sanitation would fine me for dumping. I then had find and hire a man to come and remove the items. When he arrived 2 hrs later, he was surprised at how little it was. Why is there no dumpster for customers to use, even if there is a fee to use it? Not fair.
