It depends on what location you choose, and it's ridiculous that the insurance doesn't cover rodent infestation. Most of these storage facilities have rodents. I move from a location that had a really bad rodent infestation, I had throw away half of the items in my unit, to just find out that the insurance doesn't cover rodent infestation.

The storage units are clean and good priced

CubeSmart did everything they promised to do. No gimmicks, no hidden surprises. And the service was always friendly and prompt.

The storage unit was infested with rats, which caused significant damage to my personal belongings. Despite the payments I made with the expectation that my items would be kept safe, I was ultimately forced to dispose of many of them due to contamination from rat feces and urine.

The CubeSmart Employee was very helpful, patient, understanding and amicable. She was there from the beginning to the end. It took us two days to unload, so I thank her.
