The place was clean and cool. I had my storage for a yr and I didn’t have any problems. The only problem was the pricing going up after only 4 months and then again after a year. Which should be mentioned at signing the contract.Also the hours weren’t long enough for me. I completely understand why being the neighborhood and amount of staff I see there may not be able to have longer hours but it would be beneficial if maybe two days out the week.

The young lady was very nice and cool.

The opening times do not work for me, it changed after the pandemic . Also there was no air conditioning whenever I went there and it was supposed to be temp controlled. So the rent is high but you don’t keep your part of the deal.

I I rented a space here soon after Cube Smart came to this location. Everything went well until i was asked to buy insurance. I have had this unit for over ten years. recently by phone and by email i have been asked to buy insurance. I was told it is a part of our contact. If asked by family or friend about a storage site I would tell them about my experience. And the rent rate increases.

Not as convenient as advertised.

The staff is very polite, helpful and accommodating.

I have two different storage units at two different locations and never have I had an issue
