Availability of a true 1-2 bedroom space! Rate was better than most. Customer service was excellent, as I was very frustrated when I arrived to move in, because every other storage facility was too small. I didn’t want to see space originally, but guy on counter calmed me down and showed me space. For which, I’m VERY GRATEFUL because it worked! I wished this had been my first stop.

Great pricing so many convenient locations

You guys raise your price on customers and I don’t think that’s good and then you guys also have that 120 lean fee but you guys are just taking money from people storage is for people that don’t have space and you guys take that away from people because you guys constantly keep raising the price on them

During my time with cubesmart I have had a great experience with the exception of several things.1. A light went out & due to it being a light situated in the facility & not just in the unit they could not change it so I had to bring portable lights every visit in order to see inside my unit.2. Mice found their way into the unit & chewed through several items.3. A table warped due to humidity but the unit is supposed to be temperature controlled.4. There is nowhere on site for bulk garbage disposal.

The manager was very courteous, the offers were quite reasonable, and the transaction was quick and easy. He takes great care in making sure the cubes are clean.

Good customer care

I would have given you a 10, but when I was closing out, I learned about things that should've been explained before. A same sized unit on the same floor at half the price was available. I could've asked for it to be held for up to 5 days. It was rented to someone else and thee agent asked why I didn't ask for it to be held...but I had no idea that I could. I also paid for insurance and it was explained to me that if I have apartment insurance, it could cover this storage as well.
