Customer service has been so kind. Anytime I had questions or needed guidance it was easy to get in touch with someone. All staff has been super responsive. Everything was easy to set up. I am very pleased with the experience so far.

Took really good care of my belongings. Lock was secure. Move-out process was easy because of the loading zone. They called to follow up with me when I emptied out but didn't cancel, and then canceling was so easy.
