You keep increasing my rate and fees to loyal customer.HORRIBLE

Wow not only is location good the staff is exceptional---phenomenal! They do amazing in keeping their guests informed!

The price rates are way 2 high!

I had two excellent Customer service lady’s who were very helpful & attentive to me and help me and understood what I needed and were able get it done great customer service Awesome Experience.

Very informative, secure and safe

The monthly rent goes up every 3/4 month or so which is ridiculous so I don’t recommend if you’re not going to close it out within a few months

The female general manager, female property manager and male maintenance supervisor were very professional, respectful, and accommodating. They totally have the essence of customer service and community relations down packed. I am truly thankful for their service. Thank you, Kelvin O. Howell Jr.

I’m new but my unit wasn’t clean so if I would have moved in on the day I was going to it wasn’t ready for me first impression are everlasting but so far it’s ok

I was charged $20 for late fee and they put Locker on my unit just couple days of late payment

You guys don't keep the parking lot clean.I never see none of the females managers there come out.And do an outside inspection. They always send the man out there to clean.The parking lot parking lot would stay dirty between 3 to 4 months at a time before somebody comes out.And cleans. A lot of times the females that are working.There are very lazy not all of them, some of them are really nice and sweet. But overall, I was there for many years its gotten way too expansive. But over the years, i've seen poor management you guys make anyone a manager there.That are rude don't know how to deal with people or be nice to them. They don't give breaks to people that have been there.A very long time i'm sorry to say this.But you guys ask. The final thing I would say is not everybody there that works is bad but the majority there people that work there are lazyEspecially the women sorry to say that farewell
