Good service but could use longer hours

The storage unit itself was good, and I only ran into one minor issue during my time there. The service was also great — the staff were helpful and professional. My only concern is the pricing. The longer I stayed, the more I ended up paying compared to new customers coming in with lower rates. I feel like loyal customers should receive better pricing or discounts over time. The longer you keep a unit, the better the rate should be. Other than that, everything else was solid.

Horrible price increases on long time customers.

Tatiana was very helpful but this storage space smells weird and def has many rats. The prices in the beginning aren’t bad but they go up drastically as time goes by.

A lengthy wait to correct some computer/clerical error upon check-in was frustrating, but ultimately did not make a huge difference in the time it took to "move in" to the storage unit. The staff has always been beyond helpful and incredibly pleasant.

The pricing kept rising and rising unexpectedly and it felt like false advertisement we also had rat feces in our unit
