A lengthy wait to correct some computer/clerical error upon check-in was frustrating, but ultimately did not make a huge difference in the time it took to "move in" to the storage unit. The staff has always been beyond helpful and incredibly pleasant.

The location was not the greatest place. My stuff was safe but just too many weird people there.

It was not a good experience. First, the price kept going up. Second, there was a rat infestation. The top of the storage was open, and rats ate up my clothes and shoes. Rat feces were all over my clothes.
