The person that I spoke with was very specific about what I had to do, making me feel comfortable about what I need to do.

The entire process was flawless from renting the unit to hiring the movers. All I did was pack and everything else was a breeze. The movers got me in and out. I’ll recommend you to anyone

Prices are outrageous.

The worst front desk and management. They lied and would put extra fees. They say one thing and tell another different. They they are rude and money hungry. It's sad. I moved out 1) cuz I'm already got my other place. And 2) it's unaffordable and didn't want to keep my stuff in a bad establishment. Do better.

Your operations process is good and the facility itself is very good as well. I think that the pricing moved up the scale pretty quickly vs the initial pricing while downgrading the storage locker size did not provide much of a savings.

Your storage facility increases in price every day, lacks restrooms, and has a large customer base. Furthermore, you are unable to purchase more carts to transport the boxes, furniture, and other items that customers bring to the storage unit. I, along with others, spent two hours or more waiting for a cart to appear to move my belongings. As for the space and location, I approve of it 90%, as it is secure and clean. Thank you, and I hope you resolve these issues soon.
