Too expensive

Very expensive in comparison to others and you keep raising the price of the unit. Your customer service need to improve and the managers need more people’s skills.

Great storage and helpful staff, but prices kept going up and up. At the end, my monthly bill was nearly $200 more than when I first rented it out 2 years ago.

Ericel was wonderful. She researched the storage units that were available and we told her that we wanted to double our space and she found the 10 x 10 for us. We were able to do the paperwork with her and sign the new lease. She is to me a great leader and Fernando was so kind to us.I believe our possessions found a home.
