Great storage and helpful staff, but prices kept going up and up. At the end, my monthly bill was nearly $200 more than when I first rented it out 2 years ago.

Ericel was wonderful. She researched the storage units that were available and we told her that we wanted to double our space and she found the 10 x 10 for us. We were able to do the paperwork with her and sign the new lease. She is to me a great leader and Fernando was so kind to us.I believe our possessions found a home.

Cubesmart continued to raise my rates while offering the same service and better deals to new clients. I was a loyal customer who would was responsible with my payments and use of the facility. The workers and company did little to nothing to understand my storage needs and alienated me further by continuously raising my storage rate to an amount that doubled a new client sign on rate. Those types of policies demonstrate to me how much you value my business after a decade.
