I think the price go up too soon not leaving much of an option other than to move out.

The biggest reason is the rental fee rises too fast and too muchMy fee went up higher than my apt rent by comparison

Price went up in 30% without any notice, small quantities of the carts in a busy days.

I went thinking i was going to pay 20 something dollars edded up paying $43 because of insurance. But it was space i could free up which i agreed to pay, but then 3 months later a price hike of almost $10. Not 2 or 3 but 10. I saw multiple people leaving so it must be a tactic employeed by cube smart for the next round of suckers at the beginning of every season . I was ready to go the long haul with cube smart. But you got greedy.

I have been with this facility fir the past 3 yrs and have not had any negative experiences. Dealing with Nick though, has been the best experience. He has been so helpful and made my transfer to a new unit as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Cube Smart to anyone.
