The storage closed too early could only try for weekends

l really like the people who work at this location they are friendly and inviting. I am leaving 10 stars because when I first signed up I went with a rate my budget could afford monthly. I recommend anyone who needs to get a storage to come to this CubeSmart location.

It was a unit I rented 9 years ago when my son moved back in. Didn’t expect it to rent it for so long. Nothing there has been worth the approximate $20,000.Glad to be done with this unnecessary expenseI will say that the personnel I dealt with were always very nice and always helpful

Not all staff but Samantha S. Is rude and unprofessional and decided because this is all she has to pull a power trip that was absolutely unnecessary. The So- called supervisor of the store Samantha would not give his name and said he never calls back which he didn't he never responded to a message sent directly from the Cube smart head office to even find out what happened or hear the issue. It was only explained the day of delivery that we could not have stuff put in the office Samantha knew we had two missing items coming the next day and being a jerk she refused it on purpose to have her power trip not giving us time to make other arrangements. So any entity that treats or allows their staff to act like my business/money means nothing will no longer receive it. I'd rather put my items in someone s basement and pay them if I had to. Thankfully other storage facilities have more understanding and professional staff.
