I am quite impressed with the customer service I received at the 2301 Tillotson Ave facility in the Bronx. I was in a unique situation, being that I now live in Italy but still had some items stored in New York. I am visiting for another month and had to make a decision, especially since it is a month-to-month commitment and there is a rate increase. Regardless, the staff at this location is incredibly professional, friendly, and always helpful. One particular staff member who handled my storage since last November, when I first had my things stored, is Josue. He has been amazing throughout this stressful process for me, especially since I don't live in NY. He is a KEEPER. He represents the company well. Without hesitation, I will recommend CubeSmart!
