Cubesmart raised the monthly fee without letting us know. This caused a financial burden on us since we chose a unit that perfectly fit our budget. I will advise others to look for other storage solutions.

When I first rented unit it was great and very affordable. After the 1st year the price went up seemed like every 6 months. At first I paid around $157 when I left it was $401. The rent shouldnt go up so much for good customers.

Constantly increase of rates. Very so often I would check my mailbox and receive a notice of rate increase. In order to keep customers rates should be lock in at move in date.
