Ms.Audrey & Mr.Anthony were good Employees their Customer service was Great

Horrible customer service and terrible conditions. I paid for climate control and my stuff got mold all over it.

I was charge a penalty fee for late payment, when I went to make the payment, I was asked if I needed access at that moment I replied no, I went to retrieve something from the storage a week later and their lock was still on which made me late to pick up my son. There is a lack of professionalism in this location. Employees always rude, almost feels like they’re annoyed by customer service. This happen more then once till I’m fed up with it.

The abrupt price increases and delayed payment processing (at times a week delay) leading to false excessive late payment fees.

Paid for a 5 x 10 for 2 years & just learned it was a 5 x 8 !

Because your staff is very friendly and courteous, my item's are safe from being damaged in climate control unit this puts my mind at ease everyday.
