Getting into and out of my unit was easy. The staff was always available to answer my questions and help with anything I needed.

The prices go up 3 months into moving in. Not a fair deal

Overpriced, terrible hours and access at location, and I have to give my license up to get a cart to move my things? A complete WASTE of money. Will happily choose another storage solution next time.

I came to cubesmart with my neighbor to help her arrange for a storage unit, the person we spoke with was so kind and patient and courteous of her needs, and we were able to arrange everything very quickly and easily. She was so happy with how smoothly everything went, and the sales person got us the best price on the best unit that would not be too much trouble for her to access.

Due to the rapid in the increase of price to the unit

The building’s roof leaked into my storage unit and ruined thousands of dollars worth of possessions including irreplaceable sentimental things. My unit’s price was just raised an unreasonable amount and I was offered no discount or money back for the horrible experience and hassle that this caused, not even an apology. I was then moved into a unit across the hall that was the “same size” and it is most definitely smaller.

Excellent customer service

Customer service was great I had no problems entering the facility. The amazing app and website very easy to navigate and make payments. Price was reasonable for my space unit . My first payment was free.

Prices for the units go up every month or so, found bugs in storage unit and although promised to be air conditioned, during the summer, it was extremely hot.
