Customer service and support was great, I just wish the hours were a bit longer for storage access.

At some point the sprinkler must have gone off and my belongings got wet. Nobody told me about it and since I didn’t visit often, it must have been like that for a while.Also, every year my rent went up by $100 without any email or text notification. I just saw it on my bill.When I told them that I’m moving out (because of the high rate) they didn’t offer any discount. I think it’s sad that they prefer getting new customers instead of trying to keep the existing ones who keep paying regularly. (I’ve never missed a payment in 4 years.)

The increase in price over the years is ridiculous. Nothing about the space changed AND the hours of operation decreased. Which means Im paying more for a space that I have less access to. What kind of sense does that make? Its insulting to the costumer.
