No first month free. And encountered a rude worker on 12 27 2025. She knows who she is. Bad manners.

the elevators are too small to bring in wide items, the lighting in my hallway does not light up unless I walk more than halfway in away from my unit. And although I got half off the "extra" fees for the first month almost brought back the rate to its normal monthly charge.also the moving truck they give you, which is a great promotion, was late and it cost me about the same it would have been to hire a moving team since the guys I hired had to wait doing nothing for hours. And there is no one to talk to about this.

The two women are very professional and the service was great. It’s just that I’m moving from the area.

It was not affordable every year the price went up for the size of unit that I had and some of the staff members are not very nice to the costumers when you try to talk to them about why the reason the storage is so high every year they just didn’t want to hear my problems like I’m bothering them but it’s over now so I went to a more friendly environment

They have wonderful customers service and the staffis amazing. I'm going to miss that place, but I know if I'm in need of a storage unit again I know exactly where to go.
