The staff and the overall presentation won me over. This was my first self storage experience so I spent some time researching options in my neighborhood but Cube Smart was a clear winner after I met with Nicole. She was excellent and helpful. Each time I went to my unit, I felt like my belongings were being well cared for because the facility was immaculate and well maintained. Nicole shared that I could thank Jose for that. Oscar was a bit of comedian, especially after the rate was raised on my unit, as a newbie I wasn't aware that rates would fluctuate so dynamically, but Oscar and Nicole helped me chuckle about it.

Can't give a 10, because I've always thought that the gate hours need to be longer. And, for most people I know; that could be a deal breaker.
