Was excellent at the beginning. Great low price and convenient location. After I noticed the cost of the unit steadily increased about 4 times. That's just unacceptable. I found a place that has a lower rate for a unit that's larger and even afforded me a military veteran discount, something Cube Smart did not plus 2 months FREE!!!

I WAS A LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND I RECOMMENDED PEOPLE N A BUSINESS TOO I COULD NOT AFFORD THE UNIT NO LONGER MY WIFE IS VERY ILL WITH CANCER N I LEFT A COUPLE OF ITEMS IN THE UNIT N WAS TOLD IF I DID NOT CLEAR IT OUT I WOULD BE CHARGED THE MONTHLY FEE PLUS A 250.00 CLEAN OUT FEE. THAT IS THE LOWEST A COMPANY CAN DO TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER CUBESMART WILL NEVER COME OUT OF MY MOUTH EVER AGAIN
